Woodrow Return Policy
If, whatever the reason may be, you do not love your Woodrow Outdoors purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Ultimately, our goal is to see you happy and outside, no matter the brand of clothing.
The refund will be made to your original form of payment. Only the original purchaser may ask for an exchange or refund. We will not accept returns on items that have been subject to misuse or neglect. Please call 385-377-6112 with questions.
To initiate the return or exchange;
-All packages will be sent to:

-Package the item to be returned so that it is protected from the elements.
-Include a small note (legibly handwritten is ok) including your full name, address, email, phone number, description of the item you are returning and the reason for the return/exchange.
-You will be responsible for the charges associated with shipping your returned item to us.
-IF you are simply exchanging items, please email customer support at email@example.com and notify us as to what item you would like in return. Shipping the new exchanged item to you is on us, free of charge to you!
Note: No refund will be given nor exchange sent until after the returned item has arrived to our facility and been inspected.
