- This policy describes how Woodrow, LLC. and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies (collectively, “Woodrow,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use and share information collected through the mail, Woodrowoutdoors.com and other websites that link to this privacy policy, and Woodrow mobile services (collectively, the “Woodrow Services”).
How we collect and Use Information
We may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, your contact information, your shipping information, and your billing information (such as credit card account data). We collect said information when you provide it to us through your use of the Woodrow Services, for example when you interact with our websites, place an order, or sign up for our mailing list.
We use the personal information that we collect to provide Woodrow Services (such as to process and ship your orders or respond to customer service requests), to analyze and improve the Woodrow Services, and to conduct marketing. If you register for email or if you provide your email address to us, we will send you emails about a variety of topics such as new products, new giveaways, promotions, special sales, special events and whatever we decide should be contained therein.
We provide customers' Name, address, phone number and email (not personal banking or credit information) by way of raffle entries to Marden-Kane Inc., a third party host, to conduct the drawing, naming and contacting of " Woodrow Monthly Outdoor Gear Giveaway" Grand Prize winners.
